wrexham sports awards evening

hi all, my son thomas and myself will be at the wrexham sports awards evening and i will be displaying the club #98 bike and thomas will be in the running for the team award in tumbleing with abbey rd tumble and gymnastics club, he has done really well and has won gold in last 2 events , well hopefully more silverwear for the cabinet, as i received a trophie for best rigid in the aqueduct classic trials presentation night last saturday, that was a great evening and good friendly banta,
im busy trying to drum up a corporate sponsor for the honda cbr1000rr superbike that i will be competing on this year , and still receiveing entries into the #98 club

Do you work for a company, or know somebody who would like to capitalise on the publicity that Moz will attract this season?

There is an incredible opportunity for a corporate sponsor to advertise their company at the North West 200, TT and Ulster GP and take advantage of the opportunities offered by Paul Owen’s exposure in the press, on radio and on television.  Additionally, there would be links from Paul’s website (and from his page on www.mugs4u.com)and on facebook AND personal appearances with the bike at exhibitions/shows etc. as long as they don’t clash with the race calendar.  Obviously there would be event tickets, paddock passes and unrestricted access to the tea urn too!!

tomo the terrier

hi all, iv been busy with my son thomas as he has been working hard with his gymnastics, he was training at telford at the lillieshaw national training camp and on sunday he won gold in his age group and to be honest he wasnt feeling to good on sunday but he dug in deep and managed the top step of the podium, well 2 weeks rest and another big comp and if he does well there i think he is into the british gymnastics final, not much moving with the bikes yet and iv been in the garage sorting things out but went to move a bike and lift the back wend around, mmmm not a good idea, i felt my scar pull and i ended up doing a 100 point turn with the bike, hehehe ,
well another week closer to the t.t. and im still not out on a bike as the weather is crap, and a big thanks to den and the gang at mugs4u.com for getting the 2012 merchandise up,

the road to recovery

hi all everything this end is good, its been a long 6 weeks with first 2 weeks i had virus and last 4 iv been recovering from hernia op, iv been up and about doing stuff in garage but can lift anything as i can feel it pull and last thing i want is to burts the internat stitches and be re-opened, so with some time on my hands iv been pestering people about doing articals in mags, radio interviews and the #98 club, also been on dens back at mugs4u to get the new 2012 merchandice sorted and he has been good and is on the case, me and phil harvey did a 3 hour radio interview with gail bikerfm last week, iv also been sowing the badges on the leathers at home so my fingers are so sore at mo with lots of pin pricks under finger nails, hehe
iv also been busy with my lad thomas as he is big into gymnastics/tumbling , as he is welsh champion and also 5th in britain in his age group, so im like a taxi all over the country at mo, and he has 2 big comps coming up very soon aswell, debbie also has been patient with me as iv also been a grumpy sod as everyday has been like groundhog day but its nice to get out the house these last 2 weeks and just to see people and chat can cheer me up,
well it will soon be testing on the bikes but will wait for weather to get better first,
and i need to push the #98 club so if anyone cant help from joining or even telling friends about it that would be great.

groundhog day

hi all well the hernia op went well but the virus kicked the stuffing out of me so its rest time but every minute is like a hour and so on, well im back on my feet now and am driving so can get out the house but for 4 weeks it wa groundhog day, well things are looking up at mo, soon be back to geting fit and preping the bikes,

its the little things that count

hi all, thanks for all yuor get well messages on facebook and twitter,

its been a hard few weeks with having a virus for 2 weeks over xmas and now been a week since i had the hernia opp, both have kicked the stuffing out of me but im getting stronger and better everyday,

tablets have been strong and making me feel worse but im off them now and always read the label on the lactalose bottle before you take it, was a very close dash to the bog, but if i can race as fast as i got the the toilet i should be winning, hehehe

boat and enties are all sorted for iom t.t. and just waiting on which 1000cc bike i will ride, the 600 is sorted and iv teamed up with phil harvey and we are running the same colour scheme and leathers but my r6 yamaha will run the names of the members in the #98 club, so please if u want your name on bike please check out link on the home page on here,

2012, NOT THE BEST START TO THE YEAR

HI ALL AND WELCOME TO THE NEW BLOG PAGE,  well what can i say, iv been ill since christmas eve with a virul infection in my throat, and boy did that kick the stuffing out of me, and i had the all clear 24 hours before my hernia operation yesterday, (friday 6th jan) so its been a long time in bed allready, and now i need to rest up with my hernia op,  so im bored allready with xmas film and now there is just pure crap on tv,  so im going to get the #98club rolling for 2012, so please if your interested please dont delay and join today,  as i cant do it without all your support, forms can be downloaded from twitter @mozowen or www.paulowen98.com , also www.mugs4u.com  are selling the paul owen team #98 merchandise,

a big thanks to dennis at www.decorart-uk.com for doing all the stickers for the bikes, as myself and phil harvey a very good friend and fast racer will be teaming up for the 2012 race season,  a new design on bike and with matching leathers we should be looking prity shape and ready to race, i will be running with the #98 number with club #98 members names on side of bike and phil will be running #26 with his sponsors name on side of his bike .

well its back to resting and im drained just doing this, haha,
